Can I modify my order after placement?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at atelier@segnior.com. We'll make every effort to accommodate changes before production begins.
How do I track my made-to-measure order?
You'll receive weekly updates from our atelier team, including photographs during key construction phases. A tracking number is provided when your garment ships.
What if my garment needs alterations after delivery?
We offer complimentary first alterations within 30 days of delivery at our flagship locations. For remote clients, we provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
How are returns handled for international orders?
International returns follow the same process with additional customs documentation. We recommend using our provided return label to ensure proper clearance.
